Responsibilities

Prepare, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver business-focused analytics
Support Agile teams by providing metrics related to Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe

Required

5-10 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role
Proven expertise in Power BI for reporting and visualization (required)
Strong experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation (required)
Advanced knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) (required)
Experience with ETL processes and data preparation (required)
Familiarity with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies (required)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent work skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred

Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Knowledge of data governance and data quality management
Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred)
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools
Strong Python skills for data preprocessing and scientific modeling embedded within Power BI
