Responsibilities

Architect and implement intranet solutions using Microsoft Viva and SharePoint Online

Design and configure Viva Connections dashboards, Viva Engage communities, and Viva Amplify campaigns

Develop custom components using SPFx SharePoint Framework and extend Viva experiences

Integrate Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for advanced automation and analytics

Ensure governance, security, and compliance across intranet solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver engaging, personalized employee experiences

Required

Proven experience with Microsoft Viva Suite Connections Engage Amplify Learning

Strong development background in SPFx React and TypeScript

Expertise in Copilot Studio for conversational AI and automation

Handson experience with Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate

Knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture PnP libraries and Graph API

Familiarity with Adaptive Cards and Microsoft Teams extensibility

Understanding of employee experience design content governance and analytics

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Search Syntex and AIdriven personalization

Strong problemsolving and communication skills

Relevant Microsoft certifications
