Responsibilities
Driving top-line revenue across Entertainment, Corporate, and High-End Leisure segments through proactive sales leadership
Managing a diversified portfolio of entertainment, corporate, group, and premium leisure accounts
Securing new business through prospecting and industry networking
Negotiating contracts and RFPs
Optimizing account performance, pricing, and segment mix in collaboration with Revenue Management
Overseeing group conversion and execution
Supporting budgeting and forecasting
Ensuring seamless internal coordination for VIP and long-stay accounts
Representing the hotel at key industry events and upholding its luxury brand standards
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of luxury or upper-upscale hotel sales experience
Strong network in entertainment and corporate markets
Proven revenue performance
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Polished, strategic, and highly organized approach to relationship-driven sales
