Responsibilities
Supporting a team of ~15 with calendar management
Expenses
Coordination and booking of business travel, both domestic and international
Document management and other deal related procedures and tasks
Collaborate with other Executive Assistant's and executives across multiple internal and external teams
Take a lead role to support its success
Spearhead ad-hoc projects, including event planning and team engagement across a cross-regional, hybrid working environment
Qualification
Required
Ability to exercise good judgment, attention to detail, discretion, confidentiality, professionalism and flexibility in your approach, and the ability to proactively anticipate the needs of the executives that you support
Capability to act as a problem solver who can multi-task with ease, your understanding of the industry culture will help you to support the team
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office with proficient skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
