Responsibilities

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative, integrated design environment

Maintain and improve the consistency, high quality, and accuracy of all engineering design and production

Assist in preparing proposals for engineering services that define the scope of work and appropriate budgets for labor

Assemble, coordinate, and monitor engineering project schedules

Review drawings and specifications during all phases of design

Required

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering

Certified by National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES)

10 plus years of relevant experience in the design of engineered building systems

Proficient knowledge of NFPA 170 and National Electrical Code (NEC)

healthcare planning, design, construction documents, construction administration and project construction cost control for healthcare facilities

Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360

Preferred

Licensed to practice Engineering in Michigan highly preferred, not required
