Responsibilities
Assist with End-to-end testing, Unit testing and regression testing
Document and test controls for new processes
Assist with time entry and time adjustment processes
Assist with year-end processing, including 401K validations, W-2 and W-2c preparation
Assist with special projects as required
Recommend new processes to improve performance and efficiency within the payroll function
Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential
Qualification
Required
Workday experience is required
At least 3 years of payroll exposure
Experience evaluating, analyzing, and resolving unique and complex problems, and recommending solutions
High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Dedicated attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent internal customer service
Great time management and organization skills
Motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
