Responsibilities
Provide preclinical biostatistical support for vaccine R&D activities at Sanofi
Contribute to experimental design, analysis, and interpretation of animal study data
Collaborate with cross-functional scientific teams across global R&D sites
Design and analyze preclinical animal studies
Ensure statistical methods minimize animal use while meeting study objectives
Perform statistical modeling suited for small sample-size animal studies
Generate statistical reports, visualizations, and documentation
Collaborate with research scientists and global statistical teams (e.g., France, Waltham)
Work with existing SAS codebases and support the ongoing migration to R
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in R (mandatory)
Experience with SAS (strongly recommended)
Expertise in bioassay analysis and preclinical/animal study design
Strong understanding of multivariate methods such as PCA
Ability to work on-site 1–2 days/week in Waltham, MA
