Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing relationships in the local market, identifying opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Engage with potential users in the local industries to find out what safety issues they may be having and to see how we can help them
Introduce Ironwear' s line of products if not known already
Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and account management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Buyers and Safety Managers
Qualification
Required
5+ year of experience in PPE sales
Strong communication skills
Comfortable conducting face-to-face meetings
Comfortable conducting presentations
Ability to attend industry events
Expertise in account management
Ability to identify opportunities
Ensuring customer satisfaction
