Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver analytics projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, focusing on pharmaceutical commercial operations (e.g., sales forecasting, market access, HCP engagement analytics)
Build and nurture trusted relationships with diverse client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, commercial teams, and IT leaders
Collaborate closely with offshore delivery teams (India-based) to ensure alignment, knowledge transfer, and efficient resource utilization
Define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies using Agile/Scrum or waterfall methodologies
Drive client workshops, requirement gathering, and status reporting to maximize value realization
Monitor project health via KPIs, budgets, and deliverables; proactively resolve issues and escalate as needed
Contribute to pre-sales activities, such as solution scoping and proposal development for pharma clients
Qualification
Required
8+ years in project/engagement management, with 4+ years in pharmaceutical analytics or commercial operations
Proven experience delivering analytics projects (e.g., data visualization, predictive modeling, commercial insights) for pharma/life sciences clients
Strong ability to manage cross-functional, offshore teams and build executive-level client relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field; PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred
Local to Boston area or willing/able to commit to 3+ days onsite per week
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Tableau, or pharma-specific platforms (e.g., Veeva, IQVIA)
Domain knowledge in pharma commercial ops (e.g., pricing, rebates, territory management)
