Senior Change Management Specialist

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and execute change initiatives across business processes, systems and technologies
Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations; facilitate train-the-trainer sessions
Develop engaging training content and structured learning paths
Deliver training and performance support across modalities
Write and maintain SOPs, process flows, procedures and job aids; manage knowledge base
Manage intake of change requests; communicate timelines and updates
Track adoption metrics and prepare leadership readouts
Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience developing training content
2+ years supporting change initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating multimedia training tools
Experience developing SOPs and process flows
Detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset
Adaptability and flexibility
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience with OCM frameworks
Experience using dashboards or analytics tools
