Responsibilities
Own and maintain core RevOps processes across CRM, pipeline, and reporting
Ensure data accuracy across sales, marketing, and customer touchpoints
Coordinate lead flow, lifecycle stages, and handoffs between teams
Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and revenue tracking
Support campaign execution with clean data, attribution, and follow-ups
Document workflows and continuously improve how revenue teams operate
Qualification
Required
Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Comfort with spreadsheets, data hygiene, and reporting logic
High attention to detail and strong execution discipline
Clear written communication and ability to work cross-functionally
