Involvement in all project phases
Work on large and small-scale projects
Accurately field survey and document existing conditions
Draw construction detailing and preparation and management of construction documents
Work in a collaborative environment
Time-manage multiple tasks and meet project deliverables and submission deadlines
Correct own work and review others’ drawings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Architecture Degree
7-10 years post-graduate experience
Working toward architectural licensure
Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills and experience with design presentation programs
Experience with design presentation programs such as Adobe Creative Suite & Enscape
Understanding of construction detailing and Building Codes
Ability to accurately field survey and document existing conditions
Experience drawing construction detailing and preparation and management of construction documents
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Ability to time-manage multiple tasks and meet project deliverables and submission deadlines
Detail-oriented – proven ability to correct own work and review others' drawings
