Conducting investigations

Managing the daily docket by managing the court calendar

Conducting hearings

Supervising personnel by assisting with case and trial preparation

Prioritizing and directing tasks

Overseeing work activities

Performs all ancillary tasks

Qualification

Required

Candidates must possess specialized knowledge in a professional or technical field, normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's degree

Candidates must have a Doctorate of Jurisprudence

Candidates must be licensed by the State of Texas to practice law

Prior experience as a Misdemeanor Prosecutor, preferably in Collin County, is required
