Vice President of AR Sales

Responsibilities

New Business Development (50)
Prospect and generate leads through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
Develop and manage a pipeline of supplier opportunities, targeting those open to virtual card and payment automation solutions
Conduct discovery calls, deliver presentations, and manage the end-to-end sales process
Consistently achieve or exceed new business quota targets
Relationship Cultivation (50)
Act as day-to-day contact for a portfolio of existing suppliers and partners
Build trust-based relationships to expand Boost’s footprint and revenue within assigned accounts
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., SUA → MID conversions, automation solutions)
Partner with internal teams (Enablement, Marketing, Operations) to deliver value and ensure a high-quality supplier experience

Required

Bachelor's degree is required
Proven experience in sales with a track record of closing deals within the b2b virtual card space
3+ Years of quota-carrying sales experience, with consistent record of exceeding goals
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential SME customers through market research, networking, partnerships, and direct outreach
Ability to develop excellent relationships with current and potential clients
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Expert knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making
Excellent work ethic
Some evening and weekend remote availability may be necessary
Travel is required (25% of time)
