Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee sterile processing operations during the assigned shift
Ensure proper decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of instruments
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, AAMI, AORN, and regulatory standards
Support and guide Sterile Processing Technicians
Accurately document processes and report issues as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in Sterile Processing required
Preferred
Experience in a Coordinator or Lead role preferred
Knowledge of infection control and sterilization standards
Strong communication and organizational skills
SPD certification (CRCST/CSPDT) preferred
