Project management experience supporting design and construction projects
Schedule, budget, and cost tracking
Coordination with contractors, building owners, and internal stakeholders
Knowledge of residential and commercial building design
Ability to review contractor-submitted designs and specifications
Understanding of climate-resilient design principles
Knowledge of flood hazards, extreme heat, and wind risks
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office 365
