Responsibilities
Generate and manage new business through company-provided and self-sourced leads
Qualify leads, conduct phone consultations, and schedule on-site appointments
Lead on-site client meetings, collect design fees, and define project scope
Present high-end landscape designs using 3D design software
Close sales and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Handle change orders, scheduling updates, and issue resolution with professionalism
Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure complete client satisfaction
Measure and evaluate existing site conditions
Create detailed project estimates using Aspire
Develop compelling, world-class design presentations
Review designs and estimates with the Director of Sales for accuracy
Coordinate project details with purchasing, accounting, and production teams
Relay all construction drawings and details to production team for proper installation
Monitor job costs and project profitability
Visit job sites regularly to ensure work meets design intent, schedule, and budget
Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality execution
Uphold all safety standards on job sites
Report unsafe conditions promptly
Maintain Hollandia Outdoors’ standards for craftsmanship, communication, and service
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in landscape design/build and/or landscape sales
Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy
Strong communication and presentation skills
Professional, client-first mindset
Microsoft Word & Excel
Experience with or ability to learn Aspire estimating software
Experience with or ability to learn 3D landscape design software
Preferred
Associate degree preferred (Green Industry or related field)
