Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries from the public, real estate agents/brokers, and partner agencies
Support a variety of business segments (e.g., escrow, flood/tax/foreclosure, insurance, technical support depending on the department)
Resolve first‑ and second‑tier customer service issues with professionalism and accuracy
Confirm customer identity, accounts, and documentation
Diagnose customer concerns and take appropriate corrective action or escalate as needed
Maintain logs, reports, records, and documentation across internal systems
Investigate and track complex customer issues through to resolution
Make proactive outreach calls for accounts needing extra attention
Communicate with offshore call centers for process or case clarification
Support billing inquiries—preparing statements, answering questions, and coordinating resolution
Assist with order fulfillment: recording orders, reconciling information, updating spreadsheets, and following up with customers
Follow all compliance and information‑security procedures
Suggest relevant products or services based on customer needs
Coordinate cross‑functionally with other internal teams

Qualification

Required

1–2 years of customer service experience (call center or related preferred)
Strong communication skills and problem‑solving approach
Ability to navigate computerized data‑entry systems and multiple applications
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt when handling non‑routine issues
Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a high volume of inquiries
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and work independently when needed
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

1–2 years of customer service experience (call center or related preferred)
