Responsibilities
Executes the design, analysis and/or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements
Develops conceptual knowledge of technical discipline, primarily based on Mechanical design, analysis and engineering principles
Applies general knowledge of the business as developed through education or past experience
Resolves issues using established procedures
Consults a supervisor, mentor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters
Collaborates with others to solve issues
For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and Unison Industries
Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Engineering discipline)
Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience
This position requires U.S. citizenship status

Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute projects
