Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure tools and enterprise software solutions
Automate system administration tasks using Ansible, PowerShell, shell scripting, and Python
Develop and integrate Python-based automation utilities
Design and implement secure, scalable API integrations
Support and integrate system software across Linux (RHEL) and Windows environments
Conduct code reviews, testing, and post-implementation validation
Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and migration packages
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both new and legacy systems
Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of professional DevOps or software engineering experience
Strong foundation in computer science principles (data structures, algorithms, software design)
Hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL) and Windows systems
Proficiency with Ansible for automation
Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and shell scripting
Experience with Python for infrastructure automation
Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune
Experience working in large IT estates with formal change control and governance
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
Experience with the Red Hat ecosystem (Satellite, RHEL)
Strong collaboration and communication skills in Agile teams
