Responsibilities

Represent the voice of the business to the product team with a deep understanding of the product needs and what technology-based capabilities are required to meet those needs
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure that the team is working on features that maximize business value and deliver necessary functionality to dealers
Collaborate with a number of stakeholders (marketing, sales, dealers, credit, other product teams, etc.) to define product functionality and priority
Develop and sustain a healthy product roadmap to ensure the team is working on high priority features that deliver strong customer and business value
Understanding of the inner-workings of the technology products and an underlying understanding of the technologies leveraged to deliver those products

Qualification

Required

4 or more years of experience working in the financial services industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience working in cross functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology or related field

Preferred

Strong understanding of JDF financing products and processes
Proven ability to break down complex topics into outcomes and thinking strategically
Demonstrated ability to drive a solution to market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with global teams
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and innovation
