Responsibilities
Review Customer SOW/SOR and Quality Requirements
Perform design reviews (mechanical & electrical drawings)
Participate in PDR & CDR meetings with customers and stakeholders
Support Design Verification & Qualification Testing
Review and approve test plans and reports
Conduct Incoming, In-Process & Final Inspections
Perform Electro-Mechanical First Article Inspections (FAI)
Support transition from design to production
Create Inspection Plans, Criteria & Quality Data Analysis
Support Risk Management using DFMEA & PFMEA
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience
Experience in integrating electronics hardware and electro-mechanical systems for complex, ruggedized or airborne systems
Ensure compliance with contractual and internal quality requirements
Review Customer SOW/SOR and Quality Requirements
Perform design reviews (mechanical & electrical drawings)
Participate in PDR & CDR meetings with customers and stakeholders
Support Design Verification & Qualification Testing
Review and approve test plans and reports
Conduct Incoming, In-Process & Final Inspections
Perform Electro-Mechanical First Article Inspections (FAI)
Support transition from design to production
Create Inspection Plans, Criteria & Quality Data Analysis
Support Risk Management using DFMEA & PFMEA
Experience with development programs & production transition
ISO 9001 / AS9100 Quality Systems
IPC, J-STD, MIL & DoD standards
Configuration control
SolidWorks (MUST), CAD & PWB layout tools
Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
Excellent organization, communication & documentation skills
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Bachelor's in Engineering/Science/Quality or equivalent
5–7+ years in Aerospace / Automotive / Medical Devices
Preferred
Electrical Schematics & CCA Integration (5–7 yrs)
Mechanical Assemblies & GD&T
DoD / Aerospace / Military Hardware Manufacturing
