Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to patient adherence, patient support programs, benefits, and onboarding journeys
Work with stakeholders to define patient workflows, data flows, and business rules
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes
Support data analysis related to patient enrollment, adherence metrics, outcomes, and reporting
Act as a liaison between business, IT, vendors, and patient services teams
Support UAT planning and execution, including defect triage
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Healthcare / Life Sciences
Strong experience in patient adherence, benefits verification, onboarding, patient data, or patient engagement platforms
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with CRM platforms (Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud preferred)
Excellent communication and analytical skills
