Associate HR Generalist
REPAY is a fast-growing publicly traded financial technology and payment processing company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. They are seeking an Associate HR Generalist to support HR operations, benefits administration, employee relations, and internal communications in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Support core HR operational processes including onboarding, employee changes, documentation, and compliance tracking
Serve as a knowledgeable, responsive point of contact for employee HR questions
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
Assist with audits, reporting, and process documentation
Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee education
Assist with FMLA, ADA, and leave processes, tracking documentation, deadlines, and communications with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy
Coordinate closely with a third-party leave administrator to ensure timely, accurate handling of cases
Partner closely with managers and employees to ensure smooth execution
Create clear, engaging internal communications related to HR programs, benefits, wellness initiatives, and company updates
Design materials using Canva (flyers, presentations, one-pagers, graphics, etc.)
Assist with light video creation/editing for internal communications, presentations, or events
Help ensure communications are polished, on-brand, and easy for employees to understand
Support planning and execution of company events, wellness initiatives, and HR-led programs
Help prepare presentations, visuals, and materials for leadership meetings, employee sessions, and company events
Be hands-on and willing to jump in where needed, this is a very collaborative team
Qualification
Required
Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems quickly
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Strong written communication skills
Proficiency in Canva for design and visual content
Comfortable working in Excel or confident in your ability to learn it quickly
Ability to navigate ambiguity and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn
Preferred
Prior HR experience (internship, coordinator, generalist, or similar)
Exposure to benefits administration, leave management, or HR operations
Experience creating internal communications or presentations
Video editing experience (does not need to be something that has been done on a professional-level)
