Responsibilities
Drive project execution and ensure successful user adoption within a fast-paced private equity environment
Translate business requirements into platform configuration for DealCloud
Manage multiple stakeholders across investment and business teams
Act as a bridge between business users and technical/vendor teams
Coordinate training sessions, onboarding activities, and rollout communications
Maintain detailed status reports, progress tracking, and executive visibility
Proactively engage investment teams to ensure alignment with deal lifecycle needs
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably supporting technology or systems implementations
Hands-on experience with DealCloud, including configuration and rollout
Familiarity with Monday.com
Strong understanding of private equity investment lifecycle and deal workflows
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across investment and business teams
Experience acting as a bridge between business users and technical/vendor teams
Excellent communication skills with ability to engage senior leadership
Strong ownership mindset with proactive risk and issue management
Preferred
Prior experience working in PE, VC, or asset management firms
Experience coordinating user training and adoption programs
Exposure to CRM, deal management, or portfolio monitoring platforms
Lead and drive DealCloud adoption across investment, IR, and foundation teams
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation partners
Own project planning, communication, scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution
Translate business and investment workflow requirements into actionable DealCloud configuration
Manage expectations, ensure milestones and deadlines are met, and escalate risks as needed
Coordinate training sessions, onboarding activities, and rollout communications
Maintain detailed status reports, progress tracking, and executive visibility
Proactively engage investment teams to ensure alignment with deal lifecycle needs
