Responsibilities

Good organization skills
Issue and manage RFXs/ ITBs
Review of proposals from a commercial aspect
Issue purchase orders and subcontracts
Well versed in contract law
Maintain status reports for projects
Invoice control - review and submittal
Research and source new suppliers and grow strategic relationships that align to client and project needs
Collaborate with internal and external partners
Maintain and manage Vendor and Subcontractor relationships and manage them in the databases
Complete commercial bid analysis and recommendations to award

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or related field preferred
3-5 years of procurement experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
MS Office Suite knowledge
Strong analytical skills and math aptitude
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to multi-task
Ability to be flexible to changes on projects and timelines

Preferred

Familiarity with an ERP system such as Deltek, Oracle, Procore, JDE is an added plus
