General Manager - Launch Entertainment
Momentum Enterprises is a family-focused company dedicated to creating active, engaging, and positive experiences in the communities they serve. They are seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, build and coach a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
Lead & develop the team: hire, train, coach, run performance check-ins, and keep staffing strong
Own the guest experience: set the service standard, resolve issues quickly, and keep raising the bar
Run tight operations: scheduling, labor control, documentation, POS oversight, inventory, vendor management, and review responses
Drive results: set goals, track performance, monitor P&L, and execute strategies that grow profitability
Keep it safe & compliant: safety logs, incident reporting, maintenance, certifications, and regulatory compliance
Represent the brand: community presence, event support, outreach, and ensuring mascot (Joey) appearances are on-brand and guest-ready
Serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) as scheduled
Qualification
Required
5+ years management experience
Strong people leadership, operational judgment, and financial confidence (labor + P&L)
Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, Google Suite
SafeServ required (or within 90 days)
21+; able to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
Nights/weekends/holidays as business needs require

Bachelor's preferred or 4+ years in high-volume hospitality/family entertainment
ServSafe preferred (willing to obtain)
