Oversee full-cycle accounting, including general ledger management and compliance with accounting standards
Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports, providing clear insights to the CEO
Lead, mentor, and support a team of three accounting professionals
Manage inventory accounting processes
Oversee payroll processing and support new employee onboarding
Improve and maintain accounting processes to support a growing business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
A hands-on leader who values accuracy, organization, and collaboration
