Responsibilities
Lead monthly close, internal reporting, reconciliations, and analysis
Guide RF1/3 forecasting, annual budgeting, and standard cost development
Present trends, risks, and opportunities to plant leadership
Build and monitor strong internal controls and financial processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives & participate in Kaizens/WCM activities
Partner with leaders to ensure financial transparency and operational excellence
Oversee physical inventory and cycle count programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
8+ years in a manufacturing plant environment (Cost Accounting/Plant Controller roles)
ERP expertise: SAP, QAD, ORACLE
Preferred
Master's degree in Business or related field
Experience in corporate finance and regulated industries
