Project Management Intern/Transformation Office (Commercial) - Summer 2026

Perdue Farms is a fourth-generation, family-owned food and agricultural business. The Transformation Internship offers students hands-on experience in project management and strategic initiatives within the company over a 10-12 week period.

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Support TMO activities including project management and strategic initiatives
Learn project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Smartsheet)
Support teams with data analysis needs
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership and project stakeholders
Participate in cross-functional meetings and gain exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives

Required

Must be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelors degree at an accredited university in a relevant field of study earning a degree in one of the following: Business Administration, Communications, Organization Leadership, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related
Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software
Possess strong analytical, communication and time management skills
Proficient in data analysis and reporting
Have strong communication skills, including written and verbal
Must be able to work independently or in teams

Preferred

3.5 GPA or higher is highly preferred
Strongly prefer a rising junior or senior who has completed at least 2 college-level courses in Business, Communications or Supply Chain
Participation in student organizations or leadership roles
