Responsibilities
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx)
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data visualizations
Create algorithms/processes to transform data into actionable insights
Automate recurring reporting to improve efficiency
Identify automation opportunities and streamline manual processes
Develop and optimize digital workflows (UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx, Salesforce, CRM tools)
Manage pipelines between systems (ERP, CRM, UiPath, reporting platforms)
Ensure data governance and high-quality data across sources
Use AI/ML techniques to detect patterns, trends, and anomalies
Provide data-driven recommendations for risks, opportunities, and improvements
Translate insights into actionable business strategies
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Solutions, Billing, Finance, Commercial, etc.)
Partner with engineers, architects, and AI/RPA teams
Take initiative: identify problems and propose solutions proactively
Work with strong autonomy and an ownership mindset
Manage projects end-to-end (scope → delivery → feedback)
Adjust to changing priorities and deliver results quickly
Follow agile, iterative rollout for enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Strong experience gathering functional requirements and translating into technical solutions
3–5 years experience with automation tools: Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath
3–5 years experience with cloud data warehouses: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse, etc
Strong proficiency in Tableau or Power BI for storytelling dashboards
Proficient in Python or R for data analysis and automation
Strong SQL, ETL, and data modeling experience integrating multiple sources (Smartsheets, Salesforce, databases, Excel, etc.)
Preferred
Experience with Git/SVN (version control)
Understanding of Agile methodology
