Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements, analyze data, and document business transactions
Maintain accurate financial records by documenting business transactions and preparing essential financial reports
Serve as the go-to resource for franchisees, assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping questions and software navigation
Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure every penny is accounted for
Verify and process financial data to ensure royalty submissions are submitted correctly and on time
Help new franchisees get up to speed on our specific bookkeeping practices, procedures, and chart of accounts
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with a mastery of QuickBooks Online
Very comfortable navigating Excel and Outlook
Ultra-Detail Oriented: You catch the small errors others miss
Organized & Deadline-Driven: You love a clean inbox and a closed month
Service-Minded: You enjoy helping people understand their numbers
Resilient: A great sense of humor is required—we work hard to promote a great work atmosphere and customer experience
Minimum of an Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
