Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day IT operations and technical support
Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications
Assist in documenting IT processes, system configurations, and user guides
Work with teams on basic development, testing, or automation tasks (as applicable)
Support data analysis, reporting, or system monitoring activities
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities

Computer systems knowledgeNetworking conceptsProgramming language familiarityWillingness to learnProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsTeamwork abilities

Required

Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and networking concepts
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies

Preferred

Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL) is a plus
