Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries, providing timely, professional, solution-oriented support
Assist clients with account opening, account maintenance, transfers, money movement, and required documentation
Support advisors with meeting preparation, summaries, and follow-ups to strengthen client relationships
Prepare and process client transactions and investment paperwork accurately and in compliance with all policies
Maintain updated client records per regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the client experience
Collaborate closely with advisors to support relationship management and general practice operations
Track outstanding items and ensure timely completion of service requests and advisor needs
Participate in special projects that support operational efficiency or elevate client service
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and a client-first mindset
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in wealth management or financial services strongly valued
Proficiency with CRM systems, custodial platforms, and Microsoft Office is a plus
Licenses a Plus: SIE, Series 7, Series 65, Series 66, Life Insurance, Health Insurance
