In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring commodities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with various programs and organizations within the Global Supply Chain.

Responsibilities
Source and procure various commodities throughout multiple programs – Initiate Requests for Quotation, analyzing Supplier proposals, perform price analysis, and negotiations
Ensure compliance with all public law requirements (FAR and DFARS) as well as company (and business) policies and procedures including import/export regulations
Review, reconcile and approve supplier invoices
Interface and collaborate with Programs and other organizations within and outside of Global Supply Chain
Plan, schedule and arrange activities to accomplish objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in Global Supply Chain, Purchasing/ Procurement, Operations – OR – Master's degree; in lieu of degree an additional 4+ years of experience will be considered
Experience with SAP ERP system
Experience in MS Office suite
Preferred
Experience within the Aerospace or Aviation Industry is preferred
Experience with FAR/DFAR
Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, basic formulas and V-look ups
Written and verbal communication skills and be extremely organized, as well as being an Excel power user
