Jr. Help Desk Technician
Irvine Technology Corporation is seeking a motivated Junior Help Desk Technician to join their IT support team as a first point of contact for internal users. Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional assistance
Log, track, and update support tickets while documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions
Perform initial diagnostics and resolve common hardware, software, and Windows-based issues
Install, configure, and update workstations, applications, peripherals, and basic hardware components
Assist with routine maintenance tasks and follow up with users to confirm issues are fully resolved
Qualification
Required
Junior-level IT experience or strong interest in starting a career in technical support
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (or in progress) is a plus for entry-level candidates
Familiarity with Windows environments and basic desktop support concepts
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Preferred
Exposure to tools such as Okta, Jira, or Google Workspace is a plus but not required
