Responsibilities

Develop, test, implement, and support software applications and reports aligned with client's business operations

Investigate, diagnose, and resolve data issues stemming from system defects, user activity, or application logic to maintain data accuracy and consistency

Translate business needs into well-designed, fully tested, and deployed software solutions

Enhance and refactor existing applications to improve performance, stability, and usability

Build and maintain reports using Report Writer and related reporting tools

Partner with business users and stakeholders to collect, evaluate, and clarify technical and functional requirements

Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills

Experience collaborating with software vendors to troubleshoot issues, request enhancements, and track defect resolution and progress
