Insurance Operations Coordinator
Westinghouse Electric Company is searching for an Insurance Operations Coordinator to provide essential support for daily insurance administration processes and financial coordination. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policy.
Responsibilities
Partner with project management teams on procurement activities, including purchase order creation, requisition processing, and full procure-to-pay support
Track insurance-related costs and execute month-end accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting
Collaborate with accounting to ensure proper accounting methodology and compliance with company policy
Support master data creation and maintenance to ensure data accuracy across systems
Coordinate cross-functionally with project managers, site personnel, finance, and business management to prepare and distribute memos required under financing agreements
Facilitate executive signature processes for required documentation
Maintain organized financial data and insurance tracking systems
Monitor and validate all insurance-related cost flows
Provide cost analysis and financial support to insurance providers
Qualification
Required
Experience with SAP financial modules
Knowledge of month-end accrual processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
