Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop mechanical components and systems
Create detailed machine designs utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
Manage projects and support research and development (R&D) efforts
Test, troubleshoot, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and company quality guidelines

Required

Strong background in Mechanical Engineering and proficiency in Machine Design

Ability to manage and lead projects with effective Project Management skills
Experience with Research and Development (R&D), including problem-solving and innovation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work on-site in Pomfret, CT, maintaining adherence to company quality and regulatory compliance standards
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required

Preferred

Familiarity with ISO13485, ISO9001, and ASQ9100 standards is a plus
