Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance and repair program strategies
Create and drive cross-functional project plans with significant organizational impact
Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and quantify performance metrics
Coordinate resources and align stakeholders across multiple teams and networks
Monitor vendor performance against established KPIs and service level agreements, driving continuous improvement
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks before they become operational challenges
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure long-term program success and innovation

Required

5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management

Preferred

Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships
Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
Experience in program management, logistics, operations, transportation, learning or a related field
Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
