Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
Work with and coordinate marketing with the Tribal government and other Tribal entities to ensure we stay aligned with the Poarch Creek Indian brand guidelines
Lead and manage the marketing efforts across digital, brand, communications, and creative functions
Oversee brand management to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels
Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Drive digital marketing initiatives
Collaborate with business development and executive teams to align marketing strategies with company goals
Analyze performance metrics and campaign results to identify insights and optimize strategies
Manage public relations, media partnerships, and event marketing to enhance brand presence
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and emerging challenges
Plan and execute marketing events, including tradeshows, receptions, and other events
Initiate and manage discussions and sales with sponsors and agencies
Travel required
Other duties as may be needed/assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
Understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building
Preferred
MBA preferred
7+ years of marketing experience, preferred, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience in government contracting is a plus
