This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. The Staff Accountant will perform general accounting duties, maintain accurate general ledger activity, and assist with audit preparation and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities
Perform general accounting duties including journal entries, account reconciliations, and support for month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain accurate general ledger activity and assist with financial statement preparation and variance analysis
Support audit preparation and ongoing audit requests by gathering documentation and assisting with schedules and reconciliations
Assist with internal controls and compliance initiatives to ensure audit readiness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily accounting operations and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Working knowledge of audit support and financial reporting processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics, specifically Business Central, is a plus
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
