Responsibilities
Lead a multi-year global integration program while managing multiple infrastructure and application projects
Partner with business and IT stakeholders worldwide to define scope, priorities, timelines, and success metrics
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies
Oversee infrastructure and application initiatives including migrations, integrations, and system upgrades
Coordinate cross-functional global teams and vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Apply SDLC and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) as appropriate
Drive change management, testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation support
Provide executive-level reporting and communication on program status and outcomes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of IT project / program management experience in global environments
Proven success leading enterprise infrastructure and application initiatives
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale organizational integrations
Strong understanding of SDLC, IT infrastructure, and enterprise applications
PMP and Agile certifications required
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across international teams
Ability to manage multiple large projects while maintaining a strategic, business-focused perspective
