Qualification
Required

Proficiency in engineering software tools and industry standards
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license
