Responsibilities
Manage case files from inception through resolution with significant ownership
Handle motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials
Utilize e-discovery tools to manage large-scale case data
Collaborate with partners and team members to develop litigation strategies
Maintain high standards of organization, accuracy, and client service
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on litigation practice experience
Active California Bar license in good standing
Trial preparation and courtroom exposure including motions and depositions
Experience working with e-discovery software
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
