Responsibilities
Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of empowering our clients in achieving their mission and objectives
Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
Help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts
Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards through effective communication
Guide the United States Air Force through advanced aerospace testing, modernization of infrastructure, and digital transformation to accomplish its program goals within budget
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience developing and delivering hardware-based solutions in a project or program management role
Experience using Microsoft Project to build and manage project delivery
Experience writing technical proposals
Experience managing delivery to a contract
Ability to function independently as a self-starter and manage work efficiently
Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget for all elements of a project
Ability to identify, manage, and communicate project risks to senior leadership
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
2+ years of experience using EVMS to manage project budgets and schedules
Experience managing research and development programs
Experience managing programs to design and deliver integrated hardware and software systems
Experience working with suppliers and managing product delivery to a set of requirements
Experience using the Agile framework and the Sprint or Scrum approach to project management
Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD design software
Possession of excellent problem resolution and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; Master's degree in Engineering a plus
