Lead and produce transportation design plans for municipal and state DOT projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and consulting teams
Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans
Prepare technical proposals and support business development initiatives
Develop quantities and construction cost estimates for bidding purposes
Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and industry peers to deliver high-quality transportation design and consulting services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or actively pursuing licensure
5–15 years of experience in transportation design, including roadways, public utilities, and traffic engineering
Strong sense of urgency, responsiveness, and self-initiative to meet project deadlines
Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to evolving project needs
Preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
