Responsibilities
Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative packaging solutions that reflect brand essence and resonate with target audiences on a variety of brands within the Clorox portfolio
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging designs, retail experience, digital shelf, and overall brand strategies
Uphold and enhance brand consistency across all packaging and retail materials (in store and digital shelf), ensuring a cohesive and recognizable presence in the market
At times you will be leading a team of designers providing clear and constructive feedback
You will be driving and shaping the creative presentation and delivering to key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7+ years experience in creative marketing with a background in Art Direction, with experience in ad, branding, or packaging agencies
Portfolio showcasing original packaging and omni-channel solutions in the CPG category that are breakthrough and cohesive
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
Ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback
Experience developing brand standards and brand voice
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workflows
Preferred
Creative experience in a medium to large organization
In-house experience a plus
Understanding of print production process and workflow, with experience collaborating with production artists
