Responsibilities

Own the Property Sales Motion - Run the full sales cycle from discovery to close as you bring new student housing operators and property owners onto Housr. You will build the strategy for Housr’s property sales function
Build Supply in New Markets - Identify, prospect, and close property partners in new university cities to support Housr’s expansion strategy
Manage Complex Deals - Navigate multi-stakeholder deals, custom pricing discussions, and long-term partnership agreements
Expand the Housr Brand - Position Housr as the go-to platform for student housing operators looking to increase occupancy, improve student experience, and modernize leasing
Refine Best Practices - Your efforts will help shape Housr’s property sales playbook. You’ll work closely with leadership to define what great looks like and scale it across markets
Collaboration for the Win - Partner closely with GTM, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term partner success
Blast Through Sales Targets - Achieve and exceed quotas as you help build the foundation of Housr’s North American supply marketplace

Required

You have experience selling to property owners, student housing operators, real estate groups, or multifamily partners in the US or Canada
You've worked at a high-growth startup before and are comfortable building while selling
You understand how to run a full-cycle sales process with multiple stakeholders
You are an expert communicator — confident with operators, owners, and executives alike
You are aggressively curious — you ask sharp questions, uncover real pain points, and don't accept surface-level answers
You are motivated by ownership, impact, and blowing past targets
