Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgage Lending and underwriting processes
Proven ability to perform effectively as a Loan Officer with expertise in loan origination and evaluating borrower requirements
Excellent Customer Service skills, including communication, relationship-building, and a client-centric approach
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance within the mortgage sector
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience working in an on-site, fast-paced, team-oriented professional environment
